Shuttle bus from HK Island to new SZ airport - where and when?

I came from the new SZ airport to the HK island (Central, Wanchai, Causeway bay) quite easily and conveniently and the cost was 130 rmb. Kindly ask you to give me information about where can you buy the ticket, where to get on the shuttle bus from HK Island to the SZ new airport? Is there any time table? Thanks in advance!

The boarding places and the buses' schedule are listed below (the time in the brackets are the departure time):
HK-Macau Ferry Terminal (07:30-17:30 with interval every 30m, 17:45, 18:00, 18:15, 18:30, 18:45, 19:00, 19:15, 19:30, 20:00); Novotel Century Hong Kong, Wan Chai (07:10-19:40 with interval every 30m); Times Square, Causeway Bay (14:30-19:30); City Plaza (07:50).

The bus tickets can be bought on the bus, so please do not worry.
