About:Beijing Travel Tips

Great Wall visit during a transit visa stop in Beijing.

What is the weather like and also what type of clothing is recommended? Is April a good time to tour the various sections of the Great Wall?

Yes, April is a good time to visit the Wall. The average temperature 10 to 18C in April and the Spring is coming in that month. But the temperature difference is big.
It is suggested to take a thin coat and a thin sweaters.
