My flight from Munich to Hongkong december 19, arriveltime to HK is 16.05.

My flight's arriveltime to HK is 16.05 december 19, Lufthansa LH 730 . How can I get to the hotel, which is The Kowloon Hotel, 19-21 Nathan Road, Tsimshatsui, Kowloon, HK, if I dont want to pay a lot of money. I dont want to take a taxi. However what is the price of taxi?
I read somewhere, that it's possible to get this travel free? Have I understood right or wrong?

From the airport, there is no direct free shuttle bus to your hotel.
The cheapest method is to take the airport shuttle bus line A21 to Middle Road, Nathan Road and then walk to your hotel easily. The bus fare is around 33HK$ and about 65 minutes.
The taxi fare to Tsim Sha Tsui area is around 230HK$.
