The direct bus does not exist and you may need to use direct flight or trains to travel between. As I know, the trains can be taken from Beijing West Bus Station and the trains take about 27 to 30 hours. The trains are T7, K817, K1363 and K117.

If you really want to take the buses, you can choose to change in Xian. From Beijing to Xian, there are two buses from Yongdingmen Bus Station or Liuliqiao Bus Station. From Xian Bus Station, there are direct buses at 09:00, 12:30 and 19:00.
