About:China City Bus Search

bus from Beijing to Chengdu direct. Any idea of bus stations and how long trip is-is there a direct bus

Is there a site to check bus schedules/

The direct bus does not exist and you may need to use direct flight or trains to travel between.
As I know, the trains can be taken from Beijing West Bus Station and the trains take about 27 to 30 hours. The trains are T7, K817, K1363 and K117.

Thank you. There must be some fairly direct buses along that route with a change of bus somewhere??????

If you really want to take the buses, you can choose to change in Xian. From Beijing to Xian, there are two buses from Yongdingmen Bus Station or Liuliqiao Bus Station. From Xian Bus Station, there are direct buses at 09:00, 12:30 and 19:00.

Thanks- do not really want to take the bus but want to know alternatives if no soft sleeper available.
