About:Tibet Travel Permit

I plan to visit china and then enter tibet. How many people of same country are needed to get a tibet permit?

As I know, the regulation of 2013 has no limitation about the number of people in a tour. That is to say, you can even travel alone by joining a tour. Anyway, there may be new rules in 2014. Just pay close attention the update on this website.
