who are entitled to a free Hong Kong Express service from airport to hotel?we are booked to regal kowloon hotel

You may midunderstand that the free shuttle bus cannot directly take you from HKIA to the hotel. Instead, you need to take the Airport Express first. Upon arrival at Kowloon, find bus line K3 to your hotel, by showing proof of eligibility including Airport Express train ticket (Single Journey, Same Day Return, Round Trip, Airport Express Travel Pass), Airline ticket / boarding pass, Airport Staff Octopus Card, AsiaWorld-Expo entry pass or event ticket.
