Hi I want to know if you can give me some more details about my order, it's still at Departure from outward office of exchange. Can you check if it has shipped and how much time does it need to be delivered after the Departure from outward office of exchange. I am worried because in 15days I am leaving the country si I am afraid I won't get my order on time. The tracking number is RC257391746CN

HiChances are your package has already left to its destination and information has not been updated. It should be there in like maybe a week or so. If you want you always go to your local post office and get it when it arrives instead of waiting until they deliver it to your home.  And if u do leave the country and your not there to receive they have a time limit for the person to claim the package until they send it back.Good luck
