Q visa renewal ?

Hi,
I'm married to a chinese citizen and have children here in China. I arrived with an L before the new laws of sept. 1st, overstayed and paid the fine. Then the PSB gave me a blue one month visa to leave the country, so I went to HK and asked for a Q. They gave me and my son a Q2 (60 days 2 entries for me and 6 months for him...) and now my visa is ending.
I wonder if I can apply for a new Q at my local PSB ? Won't they refuse it because of the overstaying and the blue one? Is there any solutions beside leaving again ?
Thanks a lot !!

Hi, I think it is no problem for you to extend your current Q at the local PSB. But make sure submit your application 7 days before it expires. Good luck!
