The status hasn't changed for almost 30 days. My tracking number is RB690692578CN.

Hello,
I am waiting for a package from China to Brazil.
The status is 'opening" since 11-11-2013. It keep saying location is 51003100.

Can you help me??

The digits refer to Guangzhou. From the information online, I can see that your parcel may have left China as early as Nov. 10. By now, it may almost come to the destination.
