we arrive in Beijing at 11pm on december 21 what is the best transport going to crowne plaza hotel in wangfungji

Taxi surely is the best transportation. Besides, you can take airport shuttle line 2 Night Line to Chaoyangmen and then transfer to a taxi to your hotel within around 15min.
