How long can S'porean stay in China with L Visa(60 days) for 1 year?

My husband is a S'pore PR from China. I had to go back with him to China due some business. How to apply for long stay in China? and Where to apply? Any documents? If not, should I leave China after 60 days and stay out for how long then can go back China again?

Hi, if you get a one year L with 60 days each entry, that means you can stay in China for 60 days each time, and reenter again to activate another 60 days. There is no time restriction between entries, so it is ok for you to go back immidiately.

But if you have not started the process, you are able to apply for a Q1 with longer stay through CVASC. Your marriage certificate is required, and you need also provide an invitation letter from your husband, and copies of his passport, as well as his Chinese ID.
