About:Beijing Weather in December

Hi i'm Aizul... May I know when usually snow in Beijing because I'm travel to there this 30 Dec 2013 and

I like snow... And what the best place to ski in the city and what price per person??

Usually, the snow will come in Dec, but it is hard to tell whether you can meet the snowing when you are in. If you are lucky enough, you can meet the snowy days.
If you want to ski, I think the Nanshan Ski Resort is better and the price is different based on different time and the how long you ski from 120RMB to 260RMB.
