dispaching status in china post system

Question

Hello,I would like to know what does dispaching mean? (China Post Air Mail). Usually, it says Departure from outward office of exchange, then Shipping, but in my case, my parcel RB769435045CN follows this: Collection, Opening, Dispaching to ZA (South Africa) Thanks for your time
