Dispaching status in China Post System

I would like to know what does dispaching mean? (China Post Air Mail). Usually, it says "Departure from outward office of exchange", then "Shipping", but in my case, my parcel RB769435045CN follows this:
Collection, Opening, Dispaching to ZA (South Africa)
