I'll be travelling to Sanya in Dec for 4 days . Can anyone recommand few worth visiting spots?

I think these following places: Tianya Haijiao, Asian Dragon Bay, Wuzhizhou Island and Nanshan Temple are suggested.

What should be the max limit while negotiating with the taxi?
