Package status is "Opening" and hasn't changed in a month

Hi,
I've ordered an item on e-bay in early November. My tracking number is RB823963684CN. When I check status it says that the status is "Opening" and location is Guangzhou. The status didn't change since 6th of November. What does that mean?

Hi, it means that your parcel was opened to check. Generally, the actual status moves faster than the online information, so it should have left Guangzhou by now, However, the current status is hard to know.
