About:Shanghai Transportation

Travel from Shanghai Pudong Internatonal Airport to hotel

Hi, how would I travel from Pudong International Airport by train to The Bund Riverside hotel,Beiging East Rd SH? What would be the best ticket type to get?Cost? I will be there from the evening of 19/12/13- 25/12/13. Can you suggest the best travel ticket to obtain for this period.

Since you will stay in SH for about one week, it is suggested to buy a local transportation card for traveling.
You can take the local subway line 2 to East Nanjing Road Station and get out of the station from Exit 5. Then you can walk along the Middle Henan Road to Beijing East Road to find your hotel easily.
For this trip, the fare is around 7RMB.

Thanks for your prompt reply.would it be faster to take the Maglev from the airport to the hotel? Can you tell me how ,price of the ticket and route to the hote. I guess this ticket is only for use from the airport to the hotel. How long does it take from the airport to the hotel with line 2 and is it easy with luggage?
