Dispatching: What does it mean by dispatching status? It has been 3 weeks and the status has not been updated yet :( RB778489254CN

Hi, it means that your package has left the post office. I tracked that the status of your package has not changed since Nov. 12. It is very strange! If possible, it is suggested to try to contact China Post to ask.
