Hello. Is there any shuttle bus or train from Shenzhen NEW airport to Luohu? Or direct to e Hong Kong? TQ.

Please do not worry.
From the 2F of GTC in the new airport, there are direct buses for HK from around 08:00~23:15, every 15 to 20 minutes, so you can walk there to take the buses.1
