About:FAQ on China Postal Service

No update since 19 Oct. Been waiting since 18 Sept

Hi, my parcel has been "Departure from outward office of exchange" since 21st September now. What can I do? Last update was a "null" on 19th October.

I can only track that on Oct. 19, it was dispatched from Shanghai, no NULL status. Generally, after the status of "Departure from outward office of exchange", the parcel would be sent to an airport to be posted overseas. It is a little strange about your order! I suggest you go to your local post office to try to check!

Yes it says dispatching from Beijing now. But that occurred on 19th October. If the plane left 2 months ago... I mean is it going round the moon and back?

Checked with my local post office. The package hasn't arrived to Malta yet.
Is it possible for a parcel to be left sitting at an airport for 2 months?
