About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

i was given 14 days visa to china, and i was been overstayed for 5 mos there.

besides of my overstay in china i was being accused of theft and i was detained in jail for 1 month, in this case can i still have the chance to get a new visa to go back china, what is the possible thing to do?

I am afraid that your passport was in their blacklist already. But you can have a try to submit your application to Chinese embassy.

thanks for your reply. My bf wanted to marry me here in the philippines and he is working in China if we get married can i still have the chance to get visa attach to him even i have those cases in china?

I have to say that you just submit your application. It helps if you have family there who will issue an invitation letter for your application. The consular officers have the final say anyway.
