About:Harbin Ice Festival

Can I visit harbin tourist spots by calling a cab and buy the entrace ticket on the same day but not pre book before? Thanks

Yes, you can. But as there will be a lot of tourists then, you may have to queue up to take a cab and buy the entrance tickets.
