The latest status showed that it was in Guangzhou International on Nov 5 and from then on, there is no update.

Hi, Arpine. I helped to check the parcel, but did not find any information about it.
When the parcel was sent out? if it is newly delivery parcel, its status usually cannot be checked.
Otherwise, would you mind to confirm the tracking number again?
