About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Previously used visas not available

I have recently renewed my New Zealand passport, I have had 2 tourist L that have been used and I have come to hong kong to apply for an L also, I have all supporting documentation but I didnt bring my old passport with the used L on them which it states that I should show. Am I still able to get a new one without showing my previously USED ones? What happens if someone had lost their old passport and couldnt show that they had previous ones?

Hi, if you can not find the previous ones, you can only apply as the first time applicant. But don't worry, you will be issued a tourist L this time if you provide round-trip ticket & hotel booking, and other documents required for the first time applicant.
