About:China Family Reunion Visa

Q visa for non married couple with child

Hi,

I have a child with a chinese citizens living in China, but we are not married. I am now in Sweden with my son. Can we apply for a Q both my son and I? and if so, what do we need? cheers!

I am afraid not because marriage certificate and birth certificate are required for Q application. You are advised to contact the embassy directly for more information.
