Generally speaking, if you are the first or business class seats' passengers, you can enjoy the vip lounges service from the airlines. As I know the Southern Airlines have very comfortable lounges in the Baiyun airport, but I am not very clear about the Air France.
In my opinion, you may contact the Air France to check whether they provide such kind of service in GZ airport.
The vip lounges provided by the airport is only for passengers who have vip cards, so you may not have the rights to use, I am afraid.
