urgently visit to Shandong.

Hello. My client in Shandong request me to visit their factory in Shandong.
I will get their invitation in a few days for 3 persons.
As proffesional we have to help our client to check their product.
I will come to Ambassy in Jakarta to make the visa for 3 persons as a team.
But the other 2 persons cannot come to your office because they still work in Sumatra.
Can I request it for them too? I already receive their passport.
