Hello! thank you for reading. I am venezuelan and I will be in germany in january just until february. Can  I ask for a chinese work or student type from Germany? I can not go back to my homeland to request for it, instead I need to go straight to China from Germany... let me know what you think. Thank you!!!!Penelope

Hi, you should apply for it in advance in Venezuela. A Chinese visa is valid for 3 months from the issue date, so it is still valid if you donot stay in Germany for too long.
