I want to go Hong Kong , how can I get back to gaungzhou to catch flight to Delhi did I need another one from Hong Kong?

Yes, you should apply another one for returing to Guangzhou. But I am not sure if you can get it successfully since HK authorities require that the applicants should have HK resident status if they apply there. If not, you might ask help from a well-known travel agency there. It has many branches in HK and you can easily find it.
