If u have limited time, I think only one day is enough for M and three days for HK.
If you want to see the Disneyland, the first day can be used for visiting the Ngong Ping 360, Disneyland. If you do not want to see the Disneyland, you can only take the Ngong Ping 360 to visit the Ngong Ping Town. Then you can visit the Peak, the Victoria Bay and then Tsim Sha Tsui area for tasting local snacks and shopping. At night, you can enjoy the Symphony of Lights.
The second day can be used to see the Ocean Park, the Repulse Bay and Stanley Market.
On the third day, you can head for M and there you can see the Ruins of St. Paul, the San Ma Lo, the Fisherman Wharf, the Macau Tower, the Ama Temple, the Senado Square, the Grand Lisboa and the City of Dreams. If you cannot finish these places in one day, you can stay another day there.
If you can finish, you can go back to HK on the same day. Then on the fourth day in HK, you can still to visit the Wong Tai Sin Temple, Golden Bauhinia Square and then the Causeway Bay.
