About:Harbin Ice Festival

Will Harbin ice and snow festival unofficial launch On 30th Dec 2013?

I plan to visit the festival on 30 Dec 2013? Is there any chance I can see?

Yes, it will. Generally, the main attractions with ice sculptures and arts are open for trial operation around Dec. 20th to Dec. 21st every year, so you will have a chance to see that on Dec. 30. Just pay attention to to latest news for 2014 ice festival to ensure/confirm this.
