About:China Postal Service

About China Post air mail

Hi, I ordered something from USA and it was sent by China Post.
I've been tracking it and the latest entry has the location as CAN and the status as NULL.
This is my tracking info:
item No. Year Status Location Destination Country Date
RB330368335CN NULL CAN ZA 20131112
I have tried the local Postal service in South Africa with no avail - our tracking numbers in ZA is different. If shipped on 12th Nov 2013 by airmail, why can't i track or find my item?

Your parcel was started to be delivered since Nov. 7 and it shows on Nov. 12, it was in Guangzhou Airport for customs check. After that, it may dispatched to leave China. Maybe it is on the way to the detination. Usually, the actual status moves faster than the online information.

Thank you for the quick response - although the information you gave is what i already knew. I find it difficult to understand that the last online status is already 15 days ago. Would you by any chance know if the tracking number will be the same in South Africa - RB330368335CN.

Certainly, it will be the same tracking number - RB330368335CN. Wait for some time and tarck it in South Africa post system.
