What can I do at the Hong Kong Airport for 6 hours when waiting for my flight out?

I think 6 hours are too short for a sightseeing of the city.
But if you want to, it is suggested to go to Tung Chung area to have a look for about one to two hours.
The airport shuttle bus S1 can take you to get to the Tung Chung Station directly.
