About:Beijing Weather in November

can i wear a a sport shoes for the badaling great wall?

we are going to BJ and shanghai on the second week of January. i have a thermal cotton base layer, woolen cardigan and a down jacket with hood for top. fleece base layer under jeans trousers. any other recommended clothing?

I think what you wear are enough for traveling in both of the two cities and you do not need to worry about the cold weather anymore.
But if you are afraid of the cold, I think you can wear the thick sweaters and layer in the trousers and the down jacket.
