About:Shanghai Railway Station

I will arrive to Shanghai Pudong Airport and want to catch the train to Nanjing.

Is the SH Railway Station the best station to take the Nanjing train if I arrive to Pudong Airport?
What is the travel time by Taxi from Puding to the railway station around noon?
Do you advice to reserve tickets in advance or should seating be ok during that time of day?

If you want to take the high speed train, the SH Railway Station is the best one.
From the Pudong airport, it takes about one hour to one hour by taxi. But I think you can choose the airport shuttle bus line 5 to get to the railway station directly.
It is suggested to book the ticket in advance and you can book on this website and then pick up the ticket on yourself when you reach the railway station.
