How do I have to do with my residence permit?

Hi, I have applied for a X1 visa, I am going to attend university from february 20th till july. But I will be in PRC from December 9th, so more than 2 months before the start of my course. In that case I won't be enrolled at school yet. I know that I have to go to the police within 30 days of my arrival, the thing is do I have to be already enrolled at school to obtain the residence permit? If yes, what will happen to me?? :/ Do I have to postpone my flight and arrive in less than one month before the start of my course?
Thanks

Hi, you are advised to postpone your flight and arrive in less than one month before the start of the course. Because for the application of residence permit, Admission notice or certification documents of enrollment issued by the host institution is required.
