How to get to Huangshan from Wuhan

The best method is to take the direct bus for HS directly. The buses are at 07:40 and 16:20 from the Jinjiadun Bus Station. The buses take about 10 hours.
There is no direct flight or trains between the two places.

I'll arrive at Wuhan Airport around 11:30
then i have to go to Jinjiadun Bus Station to catch a bus at 16:20
Bus takes 10 hours to get to HS.

Is the bus a sleeper bus? and how much does it cost?

And if I take a train to Hefei then take a bus to HS, will it be more expensive and take more time? Or it will be too complicate.
