About:Beijing Weather in December

I will visit Beijing on 19-25 dec 2013. how about the weather? is it possible to be snowy?

one more, I have two choices about the hotel : novotel sanyuan and novotel xinqiao. which one has the better location? thank you

The average temperature is around -8 to 0C during that time. It is possible to snow, because the December is the snowy season for BJ. However, whether it snows depends on the real situation and it is suggested to keep watch on the weather forecast.
The Novotel Xinqiao is much better, because it is much closer to city center area.
