how to remove wrinkles in silk carpet runner

Question

I loosely folded my silk carpet runner and now it has wrinkles or folds in it.  What should I do to get rid of the wrinkles or folds?  The carpet was purchased in Shanghai in July 2013.

You need to soak your carpet in a basin with 30C water in the basin and then put a spoon of vinegar in the water. After 20 minutes, bring the carpet out, but do not twist before drying through airing. Use your iron in low temperature to iron it when the carpet is till in moist.
