Chicago consulate no longer does same-day visas

Be warned: The Chinese consulate in Chicago IL USA no longer does same-day visas as of July 1 2013. This is not mentioned on their outdated website nor on their automated telephone recording.

The San Francisco consulate is the same way. No more rush service.
