About:China Postal Service

Consignment: RB946841015CN

Could someone please tell me when I would be receiving my consignment. I'm from South Africa and the word NULL has been behind my order for over 20 days. I'm starting to get very concerned as it is a very big order.

RB946841015CN - A response will be most appreciated...

Firstly, NULL here means that your parcel was delivered to Guangzhou Airport for customs check on end of Nov. It is a normal status.

Secondly, there is no update till now indeed. You'd better go to your local post office for a check first. If they cannot help, try to dial 86-11185 to contact China Post.

Hi Sandy! Thank you for the reply. I'm in Canada at the moment and only back to SA in January. The parcel should have been delivered already, right?

Yes, it has been posted and the destination is South Africe. You may need to ask someone to pick it up in SA for you.
