luggage consignment - beijing to shanghai

Question

I want to bring a couple of large suitcases on a trip from Beijing to Shanghai, do you know if any of the trains/stations offer consignment services? Which one would I need to take?I don't mind taking a slow ride, but as I have a lot of luggage and I am travelling alone it would be better if I could check my bags.

I think you would need to use 1461 or T109, the two slow rides. Beijing Railway Station can arrange the consignment service. You may need to hold your paper ticket and reach the station a little early in advance to check your bags.

Luggage Consignment - Beijing to Shanghai
