Career: You may meet some problems in job, due to your colleague in the next year. So it is suggested to keep good relationships with them to avoid that. And be modest and honest with everything in your job, in which way, you may get a promotion or higher salary.

As long as you make a good plan for certain investment and have a simple market survey in advance, you will be successful in making the investment. BTW, you'd better avoid to do that in March and June.
