About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Why would china send small registered airmal package via Germany to Australia ?

I have been given a tracking number RG271652601DE which says origin Germany not china. It arrived at Frankfurt on 7/Nov and again 11/Nov and is still listed as being at Frankfurt. Sender insist it was sent from china, so why Germany? Is this a true tracking number?

You can track the information? I helped you to check it, but found nothing status about your parcel. It only showed that its original place is Germany.
According to my experience, the parcel starting from China usually has tracking number as "RB*****CN", so I think something may be wrong with your tracking number.
