do i have to pay any money to collect china registered airmail package from the post

I live in Jamaica Is there additional fees such as custom duties etc if the weight is less than 1kg that i Have to pay to get it? I ordered stuff from aliexpress and I am very concern!

Generally speaking, as long as your parcel goes through your customs successfully, you needn't pay for receiving it. However, if your parcel is required to be taxed according to your customs, then you need to pay the tax first.
