Hi. which is the best way to go early in the morning. How long it take and the fare.thank very much.

I suggest you take Maglev to Longyang Road Station, where transfer to local subway line 2 to get off at Lujiazui Station. After that, get out from exit 1, and you can easily walk to the destination.
