About:Chinese Consulate in New York

girl adopted from china in 1999. She has a china passport. It got stolen. how do we replace

We adopted a girl from china in 1999 she has lived in the united states from that time. We have birth certificate from China, Adoption Papers, and family travel visa. She gained entry into the united states with a china passport. That passport was stolen in a home robbery. Can we get it replaced or get verifaction of entry?

Do you have a copy of her passport? anyway, you can apply for her a replacement of passport from Chinese consulate with document showing her Chinese citizenship. Her birth certificate and adoption papers are fine. She should also visit the consulate in person.
