weather on feb - march in taipei

hi, may i know roughly how's the weather on end of feb to earlier march? for day and night time? i'm going to visit taipei and GaoSiong. Pls advise so that i can know what kind of outfit to bring (as i'm afraid of cold as well) thank you!

The average temperature is around 15 to 23C during that time. I think the T-shirts and jeans are enough. Besides, you may take a thin coat in case of the rainy days. The rain gear is suggested to take.
