Question regarding Airpoit Hotels/Lounges in Pudong airport

I see many people quering about hotels/lounges available on the airport for the travellers without any visa (or not from one of those countries who do not need visa to travel in China). I have an Indian passport and I cannot get out of SH airpport. I wil be travelling there soon.

Can somebody please provide me a website where I can book these hotels/lounges? What are the options? What are the rates? (I do not need an exact number, but a ballpark figure will be great!). Is Dazhong Express Airport Hotel inside the airport or outside i.e. can anybody without a visa stay in this hotel?
