Hi I will be visiting Poland as a tourist, can I apply there with my (New Zealand) passport? I don't have a Resident Permit in Poland as a visitor, or do I?

Hi, you can apply for it in advance in NZ, because a single entry one can be valid for 3 months after issue date.
