About:China Customs Declaration

buying A smartphone from china supplier, from India

FOR buying China made smartphone and few 2 or 3 sd cards from china supplier to supply in India, what are the precautions to be taken. Is there any need to pay import duty or any tax in China for buying one smartphone for personal use?

If it is for personal use, you do not need to pay the tax when buying and taking it out of China.
It is suggested to big and formal shop to buy the phone.
